About Me
My own journey towards greater emotional, physical, and mental health is what led me to immense personal healing through mind-body practices. Learning, practicing, and witnessing the profound effects of these methods on my life are what inspired me to help others through coaching, mindfulness, and energy practices. I hold a master's degree in Mind-body Medicine, am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and am also certified as an Integrative Wellness Coach, Mindfulness & Meditation teacher, & Reiki Level II Practitioner.
I have always been intrigued by how the mind and body interact and play a role in wellness, and I have learned firsthand about the importance of balance between the mind, body, and spirit. I am passionate about our innate abilities to heal and thrive, and I love working with others to help them overcome blocks and find motivation towards greater wellness and purpose. With coaching and mindfulness, I collaborate with individuals to create stillness and space so they can get really present with what they are feeling, create insight, and tap into their own inner guidance to support their well-being. Reiki energy therapy as another level of support I offer to help ease stress, promote relaxation and facilitate healing. When people are able to slow down, relax, and let go, they are often able to tap into greater clarity and inspiration about what they want to change and create goals to get them there.

Self-care practices and stress-management tools can support emotional wellness, and mental and physical well-being, which can also positively influence other important areas of life. From here we create goals and steps towards reaching these goals as well as generate greater resilience for facing life's challenges.
Our work together focuses on present moment awareness, and is supported by compassion, energy therapy, mindfulness, and intuition where we create a trusting space for exploration, and empowerment. Together we create intention and goals that align with your deepest values, desires, and highest potential. In addition, we work on accountability along the way to keep things moving forward.
I lean on my own daily mindfulness and energy practices and I am passionate about drawing from these methods to support myself and others. Beyond teaching mindfulness, I have discovered how important being a mindful coach is for supporting my clients. Mindfulness supports me in being open and present, ultimately creating a trusting partnership where clients can be vulnerable when needed, and free to explore and connect with goals that are connected to their highest good.
