Service Description
Whether you are new to mindfulness and meditation or have been practicing for years, I would be thrilled to connect with you! I facilitate guided meditation to groups and individuals via zoom and in person. I teach the basic foundations of mindfulness and how to meditate, including breathing, grounding, setting intention, as well as guided body scan, and loving-kindness meditations. I also share my approach to applying informal mindfulness methods in everyday life to support emotional, physical, and mental health. I also collaborate with students who may be interested in meditation techniques that support specific areas of life such as stress management, anxiety, spirituality, relationships, and energy clearing.
